Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Reptimundo, headquartered at Urb. da Panasqueira Edf. 3 Palmeiras Lote 7 1ºG, 8365-149 Armação de Pêra, hereinafter referred to simply as Reptimundo, and, on the other hand, the Reptimundo client, qualified at the time of purchase of the Reptimundo products, hereinafter referred to simply as the Client.

Whereas Reptimundo sells products and services over the Internet; Whereas the client is interested in purchasing the products offered by Reptimundo (“Products”) through its sales channels; The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services by the client of the Reptimundo website.

I. Confidentiality: It is Reptimundo’s responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Client in the purchase process. The site’s security is audited daily and guaranteed against the action of hackers, through the “Site Blindado” seal.

II. Customer Service (SAC): This service is available to the customer to solve doubts, solve eventual requests or complaints regarding his order or any content available on the site. The SAC can be reached by telephone or through a form on the site.

III. Delivery policy: the deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in business days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 10pm. Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

III.I – The verification of the adequacy of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors, and corridors of the delivery location. There will be no assembly or disassembly of the product, transportation by ladder and/or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries.

III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the informed location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is essential that, at the address requested, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age, and carrying identification to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Reptimundo Distribution Center.

III.III – After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance payment, or request priority for delivery.

III.IV – The delivery time informed during the Product purchase procedure takes into consideration the stock, the region, the invoice issuing process, and the product preparation time. Each time the delivery status of the order is updated, the Reptimundo system automatically sends an e-mail alert to the client.

III.V – The delivery freight is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product.

III.VI – Reptimundo does not authorize the carrier to: enter the domicile; deliver by alternative means (example: hoist the product through a window); perform product installation or maintenance; open product packaging; make delivery to an address different from the one on the DANFE; make delivery to a minor or without identification document.

III.VII – Reptimundo is not responsible for goods being withheld at the SEFAZ when this is due exclusively to the client’s pending issues, and it is therefore necessary for the client to appear at the tax office for the goods to be released, as in these cases, the information pertaining to releases and payments are only passed on to the interested parties.

IV. Right of Withdrawal: The Client may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase in order to return the Product, in which case the following conditions shall be observed: the period to give up the purchase of the product is up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to Reptimundo in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual, and all of its accessories.

IV.I – The Customer should request the return through Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, in the topic “cancel order”. Reptimundo will pay for any expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product.

IV.II – After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, Reptimundo will verify whether the above conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange a refund in the full amount of the purchase.

IV.III – In credit card purchases, the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur in the next or subsequent invoice, at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period, as well as the charging of the remaining installments after Reptimundo has refunded the full amount of the Product to the Client’s credit card, is the responsibility of the credit card company. In the event that future installments are charged by the credit card company, the Client will not be burdened, since Reptimundo, as mentioned above, reverses the full amount of the Product in a single payment, and the credit for the reversal will be granted in full by the credit card company in the billing invoice following the month of cancellation.

IV.IV – In purchases paid with a boleto bancário or debit in account, the refund will be made by bank deposit, in up to 10 (ten) working days, only in the buyer’s current account, which must be individual. The CPF of the current account holder is required.
